We recently launched Comix Classics: Underground Comix for iPad, iPhone & Android. It works equally well on all platforms. This app is designed to be more of a digital art exhibition of underground comic art than a comics reading app, so it looks particularly good on the iPad. Comicbooklover has an app for iPhone which is free and works in conjunction with the very excellent Comicbooklover for OS X.
