Review: Altec Lansing True Evo Wireless Earbuds

I’m always looking for good running headphones, and the less wires to get tangled up in, the better. That’s why I’ve become a fan of the current wave of wireless earbuds, and why I took out the Altec Lansing True EVO earbuds for a spin.

Review: Nuheara IQBuds

The more I use wire-free headphones, the more I wonder how I ever used wired ones. The latest pair I had the opportunity to try was the Nuheara IQBuds, a pair of buds that not only fit directly in the ear to play music, but helps enhance voices to help hear better.

Review: JLAB Flex Bluetooth Headphones

With Apple removing the headphone jack, bluetooth headphones have become popular alternatives to using the required dongle. JLab has introduced their Flex Bluetooth Active Noise Canceling Headphones as an alternative to requiring a dongle or a lightning connector.

Review: Aftershokz Bluez 2

After the Brooklyn Half Marathon, my foot began to hurt. I was diagnosed with tendonitis soon after running the UAE 10k (which aggravated the injury) and ended up not running at all for over a month. Just as a physical therapist had me restart running, I received the Aftershokz Bluez 2 running headphones to test out.

When I saw the fine folks at Snuggbuds at the expo for the NYC Half Marathon, we talked about their different products, and the different headphones I have reviewed in the past and their different products. Twice before I have reviewed the Yurbuds Ironman headphones. After both times, I found them to be my favorite earbuds for running. I found both times they sounded excellent and never slipped due to the soft rubber earbud coverings, but now I was sent the Yurbuds Signature Series ITE 100 earbuds to check out.

Review: Snuggbuds Pump’d

I have previously reviewed the Snuggbuds SP-X and found them to be quite good to listen to and to run with. When talking to the fine folks at Snuggbuds at the run expo for the NYC Half Marathon, they gave me a pair of their Pump’d earbuds to see the latest revision of their headphones and see how they have improved over their predecessors.

Review: Aftershokz Sportz M2

Last year, I checked out the Aftershokz sport headphones. Rather than conventional headphones, which go in or over the ears, the Aftershokz used bone conduction technology to create vibrations that transmit through the cheekbones to be heard. Aftershokz has upgraded the design and released the Aftershokz Sportz M2.

At the Walt Disney World marathon run expo, I was checking all the different wares the running oriented companies we offering for sale to the runners. One such company was Auria, who were showing off the running headphones. Recently they sent me a pair to review.
